Guy and Jaynee purchased the home in 2004. They were always the ones to host family reunions & parties at their home. Let's just say it was dire need of pampering. Guy was in the beverage industry, and Jaynee worked at the University of Buffalo as an academic advisor. They were both still working full time in Buffalo and had a friend/previous innkeeper work with them to create the inn. Guy and Jaynee did demolition and clean up daily before/after their commute to/from Buffalo to quicken the renovation process. It took approximately 1 yr. to...
