We were down for with family and Heritage on the weekend. Condo is in a great location to walk around or bike. Spacious with young kids which is nice and easy walking stairs for my in-laws. Only negative is if you’re at the top level sleeping it gets hot. We never found a thermostat so assuming it was just the one on the bottom. Other than that it’...

The villa’s location is great, convenient to Harbourtown and an easy bike ride to beach. Very quiet and having bikes and new beach chairs included was great. However, the villa needs a lot of updating and a thorough cleaning.
My husband, Labrador and I had a great time at 2233 Heritage. The villa is very comfortable with quality furnishings. It’s a quiet location and a quick walk to Harbortown and Sea Pines Shops.we would definitely stay here again.
