The Vacation Rental Co. emerged from discussions among experienced local folks in Steamboat Springs. Our partnership is comprised of a well-established housekeeping company (Best Cleaning LLC), a CPA, and a veteran of the hospitality industry, all deeply rooted in this community. VRC does standard short term vacation rentals as well as 30+ night rentals. Working with an ‘outside the box’ approach has helped us to fill a void in the industry and develop our strategy with midterm or 30+ night rentals.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
