This space has been specifically crafted for your enjoyment, and we're excited to host you! Built in 1903, this home has since undergone a serious remodel. The fully-stocked kitchen and 4-piece bathroom were updated in 2018, but that was only the smallest hint of the extensive remodel that was to come five years later. In the summer of 2023, we installed central AC, painted inside and out, expanded off-street parking, tore out all carpets to refinish the original hardwood flooring, and installed new turf in the backyard. Hosts were very responsive, house was as listed. Very homey lots of room for 1 big family or two different ones! Kids and Adults really enjoyed outside games! Neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful! Close driving distance to all amazing restaurants and shopping.
