We supplied home monitoring services to homeowners from Bellingham, to Canada, to Florida. Our clients appreciate feeling peace of mind about their homes when they heard of inclement weather in the area. We also made sure their home was maintained, clean and ready for them when they returned.
Some of our clients decided to enter the vacation rental market to earn some money to offset the expenses of owning their island dream home. We helped prepare their home for vacationers and attend to all the tasks that they could not do, living away from their vacation rental.

We offer superior pre-stay information and services to ensure your vacation will be the best it can be! We prepare the cabin with you in mind, taking care of the cleaning and preparation so you don't have to worry about a thing. During your stay we are available to assist you with your questions about the house and the surrounding area.  We also limit our check out instructions - run the dishwasher, lock the windows and doors, and take out the trash if it's stinky - THAT'S IT! There are few services in the area so we suggest picking up groceries  prior to leaving Bellingham . If you prefer to have your groceries or something special in the house upon your arrival guests may order concierge service as a separate amenity from this booking by going to PNW-Concierge on the web. Other services and amenities are available as well, including during stay housekeeping, and a personal chef service (when available)!

Glacier, WA, is a gateway to the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest and offers a plethora of outdoor activities and attractions. Here are some of the top activities and places to visit in and around Glacier:

Mt. Baker Ski Area: Known for its record snowfall, this ski area is a haven for skiers and snowboarders. In the off-season, it's a great place for hiking and sightseeing.

Hiking Trails: There are numerous trails in the area, such as the Heliotrope Ridge Trail, which offers views of glaciers, waterfalls, and wildflowers, and the Skyline Divide Trail, known for its panoramic vistas.

Nooksack Falls: A stunning waterfall located just a short drive from Glacier. The viewpoint offers a great photo opportunity.

Artist Point: Accessible in the summer and early fall, this point offers breathtaking views of Mt. Baker and Mt. Shuksan. It's a popular spot for photography and short hikes.

Mt. Baker Scenic Byway: This drive offers spectacular views of mountains, forests, and the Nooksack River. There are several viewpoints and picnic spots along the way.

Wildlife Viewing: The forests around Glacier are home to various wildlife, including deer, elk, and occasionally black bears. Always remember to view wildlife from a safe distance and never feed them.

There is great hiking, biking and mountain sports in the area and a few of the trails are within walking distance of the house. Though we suggest that you plan on driving to the area attractions of Salmon Ridge Sno-Park, Nooksack Falls and beyond to Mt Baker National Forest and Mt Baker Ski Area.

A Rental Agreement regarding the home is required to be signed by the guest on the booking before the cancellation period ends. The agreement will be sent to you through the booking platform upon booking.

Wow! Probably one of the best Airbnb experiences I have had! We were all super impressed. They thought of everything! Safe, quiet, working hot tub. Beautiful linens and decor! Would love to stay again!

I can’t say enough about this place! It was super clean, very comfortable, had everything we wanted and needed! Great private location! Great hot tub and fire pit, we enjoyed every minute of our stay and even extended a day and dreaded leaving! Will definitely be back!

This is a beautiful, modern house in a quiet neighborhood. It has a large primary bedroom, bathroom and walk-in closet on the main floor.  Large second bedroom and bathroom on the second floor. Not a lot of restaurants in the area but there is a full kitchen. About a 30 minute drive to Mt Baker. We would definitely stay here again.

This Airbnb was perfect for a getaway for our family. We enjoyed the cozy atmosphere surrounded by quality furnishings and linens. The hot tub took the aches and pains away from our daily hikes in the nearby mountains. We highly recommend this home.

It was a great weekend getaway! My girlfriend and I brought our dog and spent a weekend relaxing around the beautiful home. The hot tub was an amazing addition and easy to utilize as it’s right outside the sliding door in the kitchen/living room. It isn’t quite as private as the photos make it look but it is a lovely amenity. The home was clean, had a very well-stocked kitchen, and there were fun additions such as board games, s’mores supplies, and a popcorn maker with popcorn kernels. Jackie was extremely fast to respond and the stay was an amazing weekend away.

This agreement constitutes a contract between the guest(s) and the property owner, Please read this Vacation Rental Lease Agreement thoroughly. Any monies received by Lummi Island Concierge LLC/Corcon LLC/ PNW Concierge for occupancy of vacation property indicate the acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Vacation Rental Lease Agreement. 
It is the responsibility of the guest(s) to be familiar with all policies within this agreement. 
THE PARTIES. This Short-Term Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) made on {{reservation_date}} between the following:
 Guest: {{guest_name}} (“Guest”), and
 Owner: Angelina Armstrong ("Owner') /Owner is assisted in this rental by Corcon LLC dba Whatcom Concierge and PNW Concierge LLC hereinafter referred to as “Host”. Jackie Granger 
&nbsp;THE PREMISES. The Owner/Host agrees to lease the described property below to the Guest, and the Guest agrees to rent from the Host:
 Baker Bliss in Deming, WA (Glacier/Glacier Springs)
 Hereinafter known as the “Premises.”
LEASE TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises starting {{checkin_date}} from {{checkin_time}} and ending {{checkout_date}} at {{checkout_time}} (“Lease Term”). Reservations are not considered "guaranteed" until a signed rental lease agreement and payment of 50-100% of the total rental fee are processed.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES. CHECK-IN TIME IS After 4:00 PM - Check-in is NOT available until the property is ready for occupancy. No exceptions to this policy will be made. Owner or Host will use reasonable efforts to have the rental property ready for Guest(s) occupancy at check-in time, but Owner or Host cannot guarantee the exact time of occupancy. Please call in advance. CHECK-OUT TIME IS before 11:00 AM - NO EXCEPTIONS. Guests that do not vacate the rental property by 11:00 AM without the consent of the Owner or Host are subject to a fee equal to one (1) rental day. This fee does NOT extend the rental dates.
CANCELLATIONS. Cancellations are subject to our policy as listed in the booking engine or 100% up to 7 days prior to check-in, if booked directly. 
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8:00 AM. Quiet hours consist of no outside music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents, our neighbors.
OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall be a total of {{number_of_guests}} guests plus {{number_of_infants}} infant. At all times, the maximum occupancy is the number the home sleeps, not including infants. Occupancy limits are in accordance with rules of the State Fire Marshall's Office. Sleeping limits shows as "sleeps 6". All guests and visitors (day or night) must be pre-approved by Owner or Agent in advance. (Each child counts as one guest). 
 If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises without approval, this Agreement will be subject to immediate termination by the Host.
BOOKING FEES. The Guest shall pay the Host the amount as detailed during the booking process.
UTILITIES. The Host shall be responsible for all utilities and services to the Premises EXCEPT for the following: None. Owner or Agent cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of water systems, heating, air conditioning, hot tub, TVs, Satellite Receivers, or other appliances or internet services. Please report any inoperative equipment to us immediately. Owner or Agent will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. No refunds or rent reductions will be made due to failure of appliances or equipment. No refunds for early departures (less days than reserved) ~ No refunds will be given for delayed arrival ~ No refunds for reducing the number of nights reserved. 
EVENTS BEYOND OWNERS/HOSTS CONTROL ("Acts of God") - Owner or Host shall not be liable for events beyond their control which may interfere with Guest(s) occupancy, including but not limited to Acts of God, acts of governmental agencies, fire, strikes, war, or inclement weather. NO REBATE OR REFUND will be offered in these circumstances. 
SECURITY DEPOSIT. The Guest shall be obligated to pay the following amounts upon the execution of this Agreement:
Security Deposit amount as detailed in the booking process. The Security Deposit is for the faithful performance of the Guest under the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Guest must pay the Security Deposit as a pre-authorization charge to the credit card on file. If there is no damage or misuse of the home, the pre-authorization will be removed. If there is any damage, the charge will be executed and details of the fees assessed will be sent to the guest and refund of the remaining deposit (if any) will be returned within two weeks of check out. 
IDENTIFICATION. Guest is required to provide a copy of an unexpired government issued identification that matches the name on this agreement prior to check in through the online check in form. 
FURNISHINGS. Furnishings are subject to change without notice. Furniture, bedding, mattress pads, utensils or ANY other property supplied with the rental property must not be taken out. Loss of these items, as well as damage to the property or furnishings in excess of normal wear will be charged to the guest(s). PETS. The Host does allow pets: If a pet has been declared, the Guest agrees to the following:
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.5em;">That the pet will not be allowed out of the home or yard unless under the complete control of a responsible human companion and on a hand-held leash or in a pet carrier. </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.5em;">That any damage to the exterior or interior of the premises, grounds, flooring, walls, trim, finish, tiles, carpeting, or any stains, etc., caused by the pet will be the full financial responsibility of the Guest and that Guest agrees to pay all costs involved in the restoration to its original condition. If because of any such stains, etc., said damage is such that it cannot be removed, then resident hereby agrees to pay the full expense of replacement. </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.5em;"> That the Guest agrees to apply a topical flea treatment three days prior to the start of the check in date (or is on continuous flea treatment) and will provide adequate and regular veterinary care, as well as ample food and water, and will not leave pet unattended for any length of time in the home. Guest will diligently maintain cleanliness of pet sleeping and feeding areas. Guest will prevent pets from engaging in behaviors or creating noise at a level that disturbs neighbors, including, but not limited to, barking, jumping, and running. </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.5em;">That, if there is reasonable cause to believe an emergency situation exists with respect to the pet, and if efforts to contact the Guest and emergency caretaker are unsuccessful, the Host or the Host’s agents may contact the local animal control authority and assist its staff in entering the resident’s apartment. Examples of an emergency situation include suspected abuse, abandonment, fire or other disaster, or any prolonged disturbance. If it becomes necessary for the pet to be boarded, any and all costs incurred will be the sole responsibility of the Guest. </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.5em;">That the Guest agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend owner or owner’s agents against all liability, judgments, expenses (including attorney’s fees), or claims by third parties for any injury to any person or damage to property of any kind whatsoever caused by the Guest's pet(s). </li>
</ul>
SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited.
AMENITIES. The Alger Alps has the following amenities which require additional operational knowledge and care: electric heating units, mini-split heating unit, propane fireplace, hot tub, wood burning outdoor firepit, and propane barbecue. Guest acknowledges that special care and knowledge must be used to operate these specific amenities. Contact the Host with questions about operation, maintenance or issues if necessary.

SUBLETTING. The guest does not have the right to sublet the Premises.
INSPECTION. The Host has the right to inspect the Premises with prior notice as in accordance with State law. Should the Guest violate any of the terms of this Agreement, the rental period shall be terminated immediately in accordance with State law. The Guest waives all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period. The Guest shall vacate the Premises at the expiration time and date of this agreement.
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS. The Guest shall maintain the Premises in a good, clean, and ready-to-rent condition and use the Premises only in a careful and lawful manner. The Guest shall leave the Premises in a ready to rent condition at the expiration of this Agreement, defined by the Host as being immediately habitable by the next Guest. The Guest shall pay for maintenance and repairs should the Premises be left in a lesser condition. The Guest agrees that the Host shall deduct costs of said services from any Security Deposit prior to a refund if Guest causes damage to the Premises or its furnishings. Ready to rent refers to the condition of the furniture, decor, appliances and structure. 
TRASH. The Guests shall dispose of all waste material generated during the Lease Term under the strict instruction and direction of the Host.
QUIET ENJOYMENT. The Guest, along with neighbors, shall enjoy each other’s company in a quiet and respectful manner to each other’s enjoyment. The Guest is expected to behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors with any residents of the immediate area. Creating a disturbance of the area by large gatherings or parties shall be grounds for immediate termination of this Agreement.
HOST’S LIABILITY. The Guest and any of their guests hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Host and Owner against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from the use of the Premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. The Guest expressly recognizes that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Host may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Guest and that Guest should purchasetheir own insurance for themselves and their guests if such coverage is desired. 
ATTORNEY’S FEES. The Guest agrees to pay all reasonable costs, attorney's fees, and expenses that shall be made or incurred by the Host enforcing this agreement.
USE OF PREMISES. The Guest shall use the Premises for residential use only. The Guest is not authorized to sell products or services on the Premises or conduct any commercial activity.
ILLEGAL ACTIVITY. The Guest shall use the Premises for legal purposes only. Any other such use that includes but is not limited to illicit drug use, verbal or physical abuse of any person or illegal sexual behavior shall cause immediate termination of this Agreement with no refund of pre-paid Rent.
POSSESSIONS. Any personal items or possessions that are left on the Premises are not the responsibility of the Host. The Host shall make every reasonable effort to return the item to the Guest. If claims are not made within the State’s required time period or two (2) weeks, whichever is shorter, the Host shall be able to keep such items to sell or for personal use.
GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement shall be governed and subject to the laws located in the jurisdiction of Premise’s location. (State of Washington, County of Whatcom.)
