We love this place so much we keep coming back...our 3rd time here. They were quick to respond to questions and there was a fuse that blew and they realized it and took care of it before we knew. Communication was superb! The place was cozy and perfect for us.

We had a great time, and this was the perfect location as it is not in town but close enough to everything. The view was great, and we will plan future trips to the Red Bird. We found ourselves looking for all the little Red Birds scattered throughout the house, and it was wonderfully done.

Couldn't be more happy with the cabin. Was close to everything you'd want to do in Gatlinburg and also mapped a way around traffic back if you did t want to deal with traffic in Gatlinburg or Sevierville. The view from the deck and sunroom was AMAZING! Woke up and had coffee to a sunrise over the mountains. Everything was as described. Looking for...

The cabin was as advertised! Sometimes pictures can be deceiving and you show up and are convinced the photos you saw aren't of the place you are staying. That's not the case here. Very nice, clean cabin and they thought of everything, even some complimentary coffee and snacks. We would definitely stay here again.
