CEO, Brandon Towns, has over 20 years of Hospitality experience. He has managed full service as well as select-service properties in almost every sector of the business; including corporate, extended stay, franchised, and independent. He has extensive experience with new openings, renovation planning, and asset management and has held positions as General Manager, Director of Sales, Vice President of Operations, and Owner. His experience expands across all brand types of rental properties, hotels and resorts, including Hilton Properties, IHG, and Independent Boutique Hotels. He has put together a staff that is knowledgeable of the area and industry, and excels in customer service. He and staff are on-site and hands on to assist with all departments’ action plans.

This 3 story townhome is located in Building #2 of the Bauhaus South Slope development. A moments walk to the popular South Slope district of downtown, right beside Asheville's minor league baseball field, and just a few blocks to the heart of downtown Asheville you will be in one of the most desirable locations in town. The home has a private garage that will fit 1 midsize car, a private elevator, and a large rooftop terrace to take in the views.

Guests will receive all access and check-in instructions upon confirmed booking.

We had an amazing girls' weekend away. There are so many shops, restaurants and breweries within walking distance. We would definitely stay again

Had a great time in Asheville.  This was a perfect base within walking distance of so many things.

The Town’s townhome was perfect in all categories. The description matched from their website. The first floor entrance faces Bauhaus  Court, which is a quite little street until the Tourist baseball team has a home game. (We loved the excitement coming from the stadium though. There are some *real* enthusiastic fans here!) The two-car garage is located behind in the ally. Two SUV’s (one crossover, one full-size) fits if you are a good driver, just move the trash can in front of the elevator to provide space on the right side. The elevator is a nice amenity but we did not use.

The home is beautifully furnished and the kitchen has gourmet appliances. I love to cook, so I appreciated this. I did bring my own cutting boards, chef’s knives, and pans because I’m picky. Brought extra kitchen towels too and all made my cooking chores all the better. There are three fabulous grocery stores nearby on Merrimon Avenue where you can shop for your treats: Trader Joe’s (great prices on wine), Harris Teeter, and Whole Foods.

We had three families (our second time here). We each had our own room with en-suite. Great bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms did not have dressers, so you should hang everything up or live out of your suitcase. The beds and pillows were nice and comfortable. The family room, dining room and kitchen is open-concept. This is nice when our family just wanted to hang out. The rooms are light and airy and very comfortable furnishings. The rooftop balcony is best enjoyed in the evening as the sun is unbearable during the hot summer months. An outdoor umbrella would be nice here. The balcony views are spectacular! There is a big outdoor dining table (bring a table cloth for this) and the sofas and chair gives everyone a place to hang out and have adult drinks.

The best feature for choosing this townhouse is the location. It is just a block away from Green Man Brewery. Two blocks from Burial Brewery, and very walkable to too many other restaurants, pubs and shops to mention. We walked everywhere. Nothing is more than one to one & half mile away! I give 5 stars!

Great location downtown Asheville. Our family had a great time here and really enjoyed hanging out around the firepit on the roof. Would definitely stay here again.
