AI summary from real reviews

This riverfront home features a clean, spacious layout with an expansive deck, direct water access, kayaks and life jackets, and attentive, responsive management. While the setting and service are standout, prospective visitors should note occasional issues with basement moisture/musty odors, limited cooling and small grill capacity, as well as on-site security cameras and vehicle-use restrictions, and are encouraged to contact management with any questions before booking.
