Our location and accommodations have the best of what Orlando has to offer at a great price. Conveniently close to all of Orlando’s greatest attractions, shops and restaurants, but removed just enough to provide you with a peaceful getaway.
 - 9 minutes to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure (directly down Universal Blvd, no turns!)
 - 5 minutes to Sea World. (You can see the fireworks from this Resort!)

Located In the newly developed neighborhood behind International Drive, at the heart of Orlando's Attraction and Convention Business District, Vista Cay’s location and accommodations have the Best of what Orlando has to offer!  
This luxurious condominium boasts over 1,500 square feet, is tastefully decorated, and fully furnished with everything you need to call this your home away from home. Great for conventioneers or small families alike!

*On-Site 24 Hour Check-In Desk and Guest Services located at the club house, exclusively provided by us at Vista Cay Resort Direct by Millenium Management.
*Bag Drop Service, located at the Club House.  Showers and changing rooms are available.  Arriving early or departing late?  Feel free to use this service for your convenience. This amenity is also exclusively provided by us here at Vista Cay Resort Direct by Millenium Management.
 *Parking up to 6 cars during your stay. Electric Vehicle EV Charging Stations Available on property for a low fee via ChargePoint and another Service.

 Pet Policy:
Vista Cay Community HOA allows dogs under 35 lbs only. 
2 dogs maximum allowed per unit.
(No other types of pets are allowed to stay at Vista Cay)
$99 per pet, per stay
This fee goes to the cleaning company to perform the deep cleaning required for the health and safety of future guests. 
Any potential, incidental damage caused by said pet(s) will be the responsibility of the guest of registration and will be charged to the credit card on file.
There is no fee for service animals.
A pet fee is still required for all ESA dogs.
If an unauthorized pet is discovered, a $250 charge will be added to the guest's credit card on file for pet-friendly units or potential immediate cancelation of the reservation and no refund for non-pet-friendly units.

HIGH CHAIR AND PACK AND PLAY RENTAL:
High Chairs and Pack and Plays are available upon request. 
The rental price for each is $10 a day + tax.
This charge goes towards the purchase, delivery, upkeep, and sanitization of the items :)

Credit Card/Debit Card Authorizations
At the time of booking, the credit card provided will be charged for the agreed amount of payment. At check-in, the cardholder must be present, along with the same credit card
provided for booking, along with their photo ID. This is to verify the charge at the time of booking. If the cardholder is unable to provide the same card at check-in, they are able
to provide another card to charge for the entire stay and the original charge will be refunded.

VCRD Cancellation Policy: FLEXIBLE :)
**Cancellation policy may vary depending on the booking channel. Your Booking Channel supersedes our standard cancelation policy below**

• STANDARD CANCELATION POLICY:
◦ Reservations may be canceled until 14 days prior to arrival (before 4 PM) without
penalty and a full refund of the reservation deposit will be credited back to the guest.
◦ If the guest cancels 13-7 days before 4 PM on the 7th day prior, the client will forfeit the Room Deposit amount.
◦ If the guest cancels 6-4 Days prior to arrival, before 4 PM on the 4th day prior, the guest will forfeit half of the total reservation cost.
◦ If the guest cancels 3-0 days before arrival and/or does not check in, the total cost of the reservation will be charged in full and the reservation deposit is forfeited.
PET POLICY:
At Vista Cay Resort Direct by Millenium, we love our furry friends, however, these pups need to be house-trained and well-behaved while on vacation. They must fall under these strict Pet
Policy guidelines:
If you would like to bring a furry friend or two, if you haven't already, please be sure to indicate it on your reservation. Most booking sites will go ahead and add the pet fee to your reservation automatically.
Only dogs are allowed to stay at Vista Cay.
There is no charge for a registered Service Dog. ESA dogs still require the pet fee. Some channels don’t add the pet fee automatically, if this is the case, $99 will be charged for
your furry friend(s) for your stay upon checking in.
**Fee price may vary depending on the booking channel.**
· Minimum check-in age is 21. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: For all 2-bedroom units Maximum occupancy is 5 People. For all 3 bedroom units Maximum occupancy is 8 people. If the
Company discovers that unit occupancy is exceeded, the Company reserves the right to terminate the Guest's use of the Property and the Unit.
· No Smoking is permitted in any Unit or in any place other than designated smoking areas on the Property. Violations of this policy shall result in immediate termination of the Guest's right to use the Unit and a cleaning damage fee of $500.00 for marijuana smoke and $250.00 for any other types of smoke to the Guest's credit card on file.
· Trash & Excessive Cleaning Policy: Trash and any used food items must be disposed of properly before check out. If there is excessive trash that is left in the unit or beyond the
capacity of the trash bench outside the Unit or if the Unit requires additional cleaning beyond standard cleaning of the unit such as stains, pet urine/feces, etc., depending on the severity, there will be a penalty fee of $50.00 to $150.00 for excessive trash or cleaning charged to the Guest’s credit card on file.
· Any damages that may occur to the Property or the Unit during the stay or discovered upon check out, damage/replacement fees will be charged to the guest based upon the cost to
replace the damaged item and bring the unit back to rentable condition as it was before. If any damages or repairs are charged to my credit card, I agree that I will not dispute such charges. I acknowledge that an inventory form has been placed in my Unit upon check-in and that it is my responsibility to check my Unit and the inventory and report any missing or damaged items or other damage in the Unit within 2 hours of my check-in. Failure to do so shall constitute my acceptance of the Unit in good condition.
· Check-out policy: Check-out time is by 10:00 am. Late check-out requests must be approved by the Front Desk. Any unauthorized late check-out is subject to a $150.00 penalty.
· The Company will accept deliveries and packages up to 50 pounds. Any packages larger than 50 pounds will be refused. Accepting and holding of packages carry a mandatory charge of
$1.00 per pound. All Deliveries can be done via Private Carriers such as Federal Express and UPS, as well as USPS.
· I hereby acknowledge the resort is retaining my contact information whether directly or via
electronic communication per the resorts Data and Privacy Policies and consent to the processing of my personal data for the following purposes:
· Receiving electronic emails, telephonic communications, or SMS Text alerts with Resort special offers, discounts or promotions.
· Receiving electronic emails, telephonic communications, or SMS Text alerts with folio data including nightly rate paid, resort fees, taxes and incidental charges.
· Receiving electronic emails, telephonic communications or SMS Text alerts with the Resort representative’s communications regarding any customer service issues that may arise during your stay.
Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls and/or messages providing crucial details about your stay, prior to your arrival and during your stay from us. We may also
text you regarding promotions, updates, and offers. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt-out at any time by replying 'STOP.' Your consent is not a condition of purchase.
Limitations of liability
• Neither Millenium Management Corporation (the "Company") nor the Owner of your unit ("Unit") shall be liable for failure of equipment or services in the Vista Cay Resort Property
("Property") or your Unit. In the event of failure of equipment, the Guest must notify the Company within 24 hours so that the Company may determine how to remedy the problem if
possible.
• Neither the Company nor the Owner shall be liable for lost or stolen personal property of the Guest from the Property or the Unit during the rental period and any property left behind after
check out. The Company provides information and advice in the Information Book and the  availability use of a safe located in each Unit in an advisory capacity only and the Company
expressly disclaims liability for or any guarantee or promise of security, even where the Guest makes use of any information provided by the Company or its representatives. In the event that the property of the Guest is lost or stolen, the Guest should advise the appropriate authority first, and then the Company, of the lost or stolen items.
• The Company or its representatives may enter your Unit at any time, without notice, for the purposes of protection and/or maintenance of the Property or the Unit. Wherever possible, the
Company will provide notice to the Guest prior to such entrance.
• The Company and/or the Owner shall not be liable for personal loss or injury to the Guest during the Rental Period, including any personal loss or injury resulting from the Guest's negligence. The Guest shall be responsible for all personal and property insurance coverage.
• The Guest must ensure that children are supervised at all times. It is the policy of the Company that no children under the age of 18 years can be left in rental units unsupervised
during the rental period.
• The Company and/or the Owner shall not be liable for the acts or omissions of any third party, including, but not limited to, airlines, car-hire companies, travel agents, ticket agents, or utility providers.
• The Company and/or the Owner shall not be liable for acts of violence, nature, fire, flood, war, civil disobedience, riot, or other force majeure that may have any adverse effect on the Guest or
the Property or the Unit.
• The Company or the Owner shall not be liable for any inconvenience caused by construction activities. Where a Unit is booked by the Guest and is subject to a construction discount, which will be clearly notified on the quotation, or on the booking confirmation to the Guest, the discount is the sole compensation to the Guest for any inconvenience caused by construction.
• If, in the sole opinion of Company, Guest or any member of Guest's party appears to be unfit or are likely to cause disturbance or damage to the Property or the Unit, Company reserves the right to terminate Guest's use of the Property and the Unit. Company shall not be responsible to make alternative arrangements for accommodation nor will it issue any refunds.
• Failure to comply with any of the terms herein will, at the sole discretion of the Company, result in the termination of the rights of the Guest to use the Property or the Unit, without recompense or refund.
• The terms and conditions set forth herein are governed by, and are to be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without reference to its conflict of laws principles.
