At Island Park Cabins and Lodges, our mission is to help create long-lasting memories and traditions for family and friends! We do this through the offering amazing cabins and properties for rent to people visting Yellowstone, Island Park and the surrounding area. Our love for Island Park began years ago by visiting the area with family often to spend time together, snowmobile, hike, and fish. After frequently coming to Island Park, we realized we wanted to have a place of our own there. We decided what better way to do what we love than to combine work with spending time in Island Park! From that moment Island Park Cabins and Lodges was born and we have been managing and building cabins in Island Park for over 20 years! Our dedicated team works hard to deliver the best experience possible for both owners and guests alike.

With two covered patios on each side, the 1600 sq ft cabin has spectacular views! Stay warm and relax in the hot tub right, grill up some food, or roast s'mores on the shared fire pit right outside the door. Short driving distance (25 minutes) from the West entrance to Yellowstone Park! Great for UTV/snowmobile trips with close access to nearby trail systems!

This cabin has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and sleeps 12! The master bedroom on the main floor features a king-size bed. The upstairs bedrooms feature a queen and twin bed in each. The loft area has a bunk bed and two other twin beds so there's room for the whole group to sleep!

The kitchen is equipped with all the cooking basics, along with dining space for the whole group. The main living area has a couple comfy couches, beautiful gas fireplace, and a smart TV. Down the hall  is a washer and dryer set to make you feel right at home. 

The cabin is located in a new area off the old highway, making it close to everything! Short driving distance (25 minutes) to the West entrance of Yellowstone, (5 minutes) to the golf course or gas station/grocery store.  Also great access to trails for ATVs/snowmobiles located just off the old highway.  

WiFi, towels, sheets, toilet paper, paper towels, are included. Drive way with parking space and room for UTV/snowmobile trailers. (Campers/RVs are against local covenants)

One or two dogs are welcome. The pet fee is $20 per dog per night.  And we require that they never get on the furniture or beds.  Even good dogs can get anxious when left alone in a new place and that is when they damage things.  So your dog must be in a crate if you leave him behind in the cabin.  (We do not provide the crate.)  
To keep the cabin beautiful, you are responsible to pay for any damage caused by your dog.  Because the extra cleaning will interfere with the cabin being ready for guests later that day, if there is damage or dog hair on the beds or furniture, then the extra cost is a minimum of $100.

You'll have access to the entire cabin including the hot tub, grill, shared fire pit, washer/dryer, and the parking space out front! (RV's and camper trailers not allowed) The fire pit is shared with the loft next door on a first come first serve basis. Usually, there is propane for the grill and some wood to burn near the fire pit.  If not, you're responsible for filling up the propane tank or getting fire wood at Robins Roost gas station just a couple minutes away.

Only 12 miles/25 minutes away from West entrance into Yellowstone National park and close to Henry's Fork on the Snake River.  Also the cabin is within about 5 minutes away from a couple restaurants and a gas station/grocery store where you can get anything you may need or forgot.

There isn't any public transportation in the area so you'll need to have a car to get around.  There 700+ miles of trails that you can ride motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and snowmobiles etc on.  We have ATVs, UTVs, and snowmobiles available for rent if you're looking for a different way to explore the area other than in a car.

From mid-December to March you can depend on snow in Island Park.  The roads are plowed well, but it would be a good idea to bring a vehicle that works well in the snow.  A truck with clearance, 4WD or AWD is best.

Take an adventure on the hundreds of miles of trails for snowmobiles, UTVs, and ATVs right out the back door. We also rent out snowmobiles, UTVs, and ATVs as well and can arrange a rentals for you!

We ask that you do a couple simple things when checking out like take your trash to dumpster outside, load and start dishwasher, wash towels and leave them drying, pull sheets off of beds that are slept in and leave them on beds. We do this to make sure the cleaning service has enough time to get the cabin ready for the next guests and to keep fees lower for you.

Guests consistently praise the cleanliness, warmth, and inviting atmosphere, making it a wonderful home away from home for all your adventures in the area.

We stayed in cold weather and found the cabin very cozy and well stocked.  Heated floors and independently controlled room heaters plus a great fire place with thermostat control.  Well stocked with towels, kitchen utensils, and kitchen/laundry detergents. Small grocery for essentials at the Highway turn off.  Our dog loved the place too. A smidge farther from West Yellowstone than many places but still an easy drive (which we did daily during our week long stay).  And the hot tub was hot!  Good working order. The fire pit looked like it could be fun but a bit cold for us during our visit.  Nice views.

Loved this cabin!  Great location, easy to find, very cozy, and the kitchen was well stocked!  Plenty of space for our family. The hot tub was a huge hit too. The owner was very gracious, easy to get ahold of, and very accommodating. Highly recommend.

PERFECT location from Yellowstone Park. Beautiful Cabin, fully Stocked. Great view. We loved the fire pit with swings. only thing I would say that I would do is.........Pillows In Master Bedroom were not firm. We had to use 3 just to make 1 pillow. But no biggie. They do have Box Fans which was a plus for us Alabama folks. And the dirt Road coming in and out of the cabin is an absolute NIGHTMARE.  I'm guessing new construction area and potholes will tear up your car if u go faster than 5 mph. We had a SUV and it was bad. But I still give this a 100. The host is great and very fast to respond. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone.

There were a few hiccups with our stay. The cleaning team did not come to clean the rental, therefore the home was not ready when we arrived. Jake was accommodating and allowed us to stay in another of his listings and refunded us the cleaning fee. 
Upon return, the house was still not cleaned up to par. There were traces left from the previous guests such as food on the carpet and sewing needles on the floor, and long blonde hairs left in the shower and on the linens. The linens are of low quality and did not feel properly cleaned. The towels are worn and brown. It was shocking to find that previous tenants are responsible for cleaning the towels for the next guest before they  leave . 
 Neighbors will also in close proximity to you. 
The best part of the trip were the landscapers working on renovating the property. They were kind and welcoming. 
Overall we felt that the house was in a stellar location, but we did not receive the value we payed for.

THE PARTIES. This Short-Term Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) made on {{reservation_date}} between the following:

THE PREMISES. The Host agrees to lease the described property below to the Guest, and the Guest agrees to rent from the Host:

QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.

SECURITY DEPOSIT. The Guest shall be obligated to pay the following amounts upon the execution of this Agreement:

Security Deposit amount as detailed in the booking process. The Security Deposit is for the faithful performance of the Guest under the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Guest must pay the Security Deposit at the execution of this Agreement. The Security Deposit shall be returned to the Guest within the State's requirements after the end of the Lease Term less any itemized deductions. This Security Deposit shall not be credited towards any Rent unless the Host gives their written consent.

PETS. The Host does not allow pets: There are no pets allowed on the Premises. If the Guest is found to have pets on the Premises, this Agreement and any Security Deposit shall be forfeited.

SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited.

SUBLETTING. The guest does not have the right to sublet the Premises.

INSPECTION. The Host has the right to inspect the Premises with prior notice as in accordance with State law. Should the Guest violate any of the terms of this Agreement, the rental period shall be terminated immediately in accordance with State law. The Guest waives all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period. The Guest shall vacate the Premises at the expiration time and date of this agreement.

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS. The Guest shall maintain the Premises in a good, clean, and ready-to-rent condition and use the Premises only in a careful and lawful manner. The Guest shall leave the Premises in a ready to rent condition at the expiration of this Agreement, defined by the Host as being immediately habitable by the next Guest. The Guest shall pay for maintenance and repairs should the Premises be left in a lesser condition. The Guest agrees that the Host shall deduct costs of said services from any Security Deposit prior to a refund if Guest causes damage to the Premises or its furnishings.

TRASH. The Guests shall dispose of all waste material generated during the Lease Term under the strict instruction and direction of the Host.
&nbsp;
QUIET ENJOYMENT. The Guest, along with neighbors, shall enjoy each other’s company in a quiet and respectful manner to each other’s enjoyment. The Guest is expected to behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors with any residents of the immediate area. Creating a disturbance of the area by large gatherings or parties shall be grounds for immediate termination of this Agreement.

HOST’S LIABILITY. The Guest and any of their guests hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Host against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from the use of the Premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. The Guest expressly recognizes that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Host may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Guest and that Guest should purchase their own insurance for their guests if such coverage is desired.

ATTORNEY’S FEES. The Guest agrees to pay all reasonable costs, attorney's fees, and expenses that shall be made or incurred by the Host enforcing this agreement.
&nbsp;
USE OF PREMISES. The Guest shall use the Premises for residential use only. The Guest is not authorized to sell products or services on the Premises or conduct any commercial activity.
&nbsp;
ILLEGAL ACTIVITY. The Guest shall use the Premises for legal purposes only. Any other such use that includes but is not limited to illicit drug use, verbal or physical abuse of any person or illegal sexual behavior shall cause immediate termination of this Agreement with no refund of pre-paid Rent.
&nbsp;
POSSESSIONS. Any personal items or possessions that are left on the Premises are not the responsibility of the Host. The Host shall make every reasonable effort to return the item to the Guest. If claims are not made within the State’s required time period or two (2) weeks, whichever is shorter, the Host shall be able to keep such items to sell or for personal use.
&nbsp;
GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement shall be governed and subject to the laws located in the jurisdiction of Premise’s location.
