Location Location Location - truly a great location on Kuaia's North Shore. But you don't want a ground floor unit like we had. Trying to go to sleep? For reservations cancelled 61 or more days prior to your contracted check-in date, you will receive a full refund of all money paid. Reservations cancelled 31-60 days prior to your contracted check-in date will be assessed a 50% cancellation penalty.
