Very nice place but did have some issues! Address hard to find, also bugs in kitchen drawer. Blinds hard to open and shower door would not close, out of adjustment. Trash can area messing and was given the wrong code. Paint did not match on bathroom wall.

All was very excellent. Highly recommend.

Great location. Near coligny and nestled in between two properties, this townhouse is private and not crowded. Easy access to the beach. Pool has nice views. Community is gated and mostly families rent on this property. The unit was clean and staff was responsive.

We like staying by Coligny Beach and this week was no exception. We love the low country seafood and enjoyed eating out in the Shelter Cove area, Skull Creek, and all the restaurants just outside Sea Pines. The golf is good with a lot of options.
