Our island is the 2nd largest Barrier Island on the east coast and is home to a variety of wildlife. On any given day your family may encounter a bottlenose dolphin, snowy egret, blue heron, white tailed deer, an occasional manatee or a lazy alligator basking in the sun.

Each season of the year brings a surprise to our Island. Every summer the Loggerhead Sea Turtles return to our island to lay their eggs in the warm sand of our beaches. Welcome to the beach!  Previous guests left reviews with suggestions and the owner 
listened and responded with updating this ocean view townhouse!  This villa offers 
two living areas, three comfortable bedrooms, and three full private bathroom all 
within a split floor plan on three levels. 

When you enter the villa, you have the option of going downstairs to a small living area 
with a sleep sofa and flat screen TV along with a private queen bedroom and private 
bathroom with a walk in shower.  On the ground floor, you can exit the villa out to a patio 
that has seating and a grill for your use.  Easy walk over to the pool or out to the beach 
from this level.  

Going upstairs from the front door, the 2nd level is the open living area with a fully 
equipped kitchen, dining table and living area with a TV.   From this level, guests will 
be looking over that landscaped grounds of Hilton Head Beach Villas where there is 
a brand new complex pool for the guests to enjoy along with a boarded beach walk 
out to the ocean.

Up a few more steps to the 3rd level and you have two more bedrooms both with 
kings beds and private bathrooms.  Noisy traffic complaints have been addressed 
with replacement of those doors with new windows making for quiet nights!  Both 
bathrooms have been fully renovated in 2025.  

Laundry room is located on the entrance floor.  Full washer and dryer are available 
for guests use.

Enjoy grilling on the back patio or an evening indoors watching a movie on the large 
sectional sofa in the living room, this villa offers a comfy and cozy vacation.  Only a 
few steps to the complex pool from your back door or only a short walk down the 
boarded beach walk to the ocean makes it a great location to stay.  Park right in 
front of the villa and entry on the ground floor for your convenience.  No elevator 
is needed with the townhouse.  Very few complexes on Hilton Head are like this 
anymore on the beach!  This is also a small complex of villas, so the pool is usually not 
overcrowded.   Easy bike ride or even a nice walk down to Coligny Plaza where there 
are over 70+ shops and restaurants to enjoy.

Very nice place but did have some issues!  Address hard to find, also bugs in kitchen drawer. Blinds hard to open and shower door would not close, out of adjustment.  Trash can area messing and was given the wrong code.  Paint did not match on bathroom wall. 

All was very excellent. Highly recommend. 

We had overflow guests stay here and they really loved the villa and the beach access.  They were very happy!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo!  It was spacious, clean, and the location was fantastic!  More info:Pros:- The condo complex is absolutely gorgeous.  Pictures don't do it justice. It is like a peaceful oasis. - The until has been recently renovated. The kitchen, bathrooms, etc. were all lovely and new.- The owners provide beach chairs and beach toys. Super nice of them.- Very spacious, with plenty of room for or multi-generational group.- Nice, cozy couches and dining room furniture.- Excellent location, within walking or biking distance to the park, shops, restaurants, etc.Cons:- The mattresses and pillows were long, long past their lifespan and need to be replaced.  We actually went out and bought pillows to use, because the ones at the unit were awful.- The mgmt company doesn't answer phones.  The bedding they provide is scratchy and paper thin.  There are NO extra sheets, cases, etc., so if you plan to use the pull out couch or want to use an extra pillow, you need to bring your own bedding.- The unit shows damage from frequent rentals, which makes me so sad for the owners.  A screen door was broken, one window was missing blinds, the beach umbrella and wagon were broken.- The upper (King) bedrooms are directly above S. Forest Rd., and the street noise is intense.  Very, very loud.  Bring earplugs!Other things to know.. the pool isn't heated, but it is lovely and you can't beat the landscaping in this complex.  The walk to the beach through the complex is very pretty, and not at all long.  We loved this location and this condo complex!

We like staying by Coligny Beach and this week was no exception.  We love the low country seafood and enjoyed eating out in the Shelter Cove area, Skull Creek, and all the restaurants just outside Sea Pines.  The golf is good with a lot of options. I was a single golfer so I just met up with people.  Always a good experience.  Our condo was a great location and very nice.  The beds were not as good as our personal mattresses.  But OK.  Everything else was great.  Pictures are accurate. 

Sea Turtle Getaways Rental Policies
This agreement constitutes a legal contract between the Guest and Sea Turtle Getaways, Agent for the Owner of the Dwelling. Please read carefully, sign the other side, and return one copy to our office within 10 days.

1.) CHECK IN TIME IS 4 P.M.- Not guaranteed during the summer months.  
2.) CHECK OUT TIME IS 10 A.M.- Keys must be returned to our office.  Any Guest not departing as agreed is subject to an additional charge.
3.) OCCUPANCY- Guest agrees not to exceed the maximum occupancy as listed on the confirmation for the Dwelling.  The Agent agrees that infants who sleep in cribs are not included in the occupancy count.
4.) DEPOSIT & FINAL PAYMENT- The deposit is due within 7 days of booking. The final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival by cash or a personal/ business check.  Our published rates reflect a 3% cash discount.  Any payments made by credit card will incur a 3% fee.  
5.) AGE REQUIREMENT- Sea Turtle Getaways, Inc. does not rent to guests under the age of 25 without a parent or guardian present for the entire length of stay.  Guests found breaking this policy will be asked to leave the premises immediately with NO REFUND.
6.) NON-SMOKING- All Dwellings are non-smoking.  Guest agrees to pay for deodorizing if evidence of smoking is found inside a non-smoking Dwelling.
7.) USE- Any use of the Dwelling other than for a family/golf vacation must be approved by the Agent.  The Guest agrees to have no house, sorority, or fraternity parties.  If the Dwelling is to be used for any event such as weddings, receptions, “parties”, or large gatherings, the Guest must request approval from the Agent and adhere to the Agent’s determination on that request. If Agent approves the event, the Guest may be required to pay an additional deposit for additional services needed.  If Guests misrepresents an event to the Agent, the Guest agrees that the Agent may refuse occupancy or have the Dwelling vacated and that the Guest will not be entitled to any refund.
8.) MANDATORY EVACUATION- Agent offers Trip Insurance that covers most cancellations/ interruption situations including natural disasters.  The only refund for mandatory evacuations is from this insurance policy that you may purchase up to 45 days prior to your arrival date.
9.) INDEMNIFICATION OF AGENT BY GUEST-Guest agrees to indemnify and save Agent, its employees and Agents, free and harmless from any claim or liability for loss or damage arising from, related to or in connection with the rental property. Including but not limited to claims or liability for personal injury or damage or loss of property made, incurred or sustained by any Guest or any Guest’s invitee.
10.) REPAIRS- Should any major repairs be required on the Dwelling during the Guest’s rental period, the Guest agrees to allow the Agent to provide the Guest with substitute accommodations comparable to said Dwelling.
11.) PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN OUR PROPERTIES OR ON THE PREMISES- unless in a “Pet Friendly” accommodation. If you are found in violation of this Policy, the Agent, reserves the right to immediately cancel your rental reservation and occupancy of the Dwelling.  Additionally, Guest will forfeit all moneys for the balance of their stay and incur a minimum additional penalty of $250 against their security deposit.
12.) DAMAGE/DAMAGE WAIVER- Guest covenants and agrees to surrender Dwelling in the same condition as of commencement of the rental period.  The damage waiver fee includes accidental breakage and damage to the Dwelling.  These damages MUST be reported to the Agent prior to departure.  In cases of abuse and malicious damage to Dwelling, Guest will reimburse Agent and/or Owner the amount of all damage including reasonable attorney’s fees. If the Guest chooses to provide a credit card verses a cash deposit, Guest agrees for any said damages to be assessed and collected via payment on the credit card.  The Agent agrees to contact the Guest concerning damages prior to the charging the Guest’s credit card or the retaining of the Guest’s cash security funds.
13.) PROHIBITED VEHICLES-Trailers, motor homes, and /or recreational vehicles are prohibited in plantations on Hilton Head.  Please call the office for information if you need to make arrangements for these types of vehicles.
14.) POOL/SPA HEATINGS- Guest must arrange and pay for pool/spa heat in advance of their arrival date. Agent cannot guarantee heating equipment.  In the event of failure of the heating equipment for the spa and or pool, Guest will only be entitled to a refund of moneys paid toward the heating of that equipment and not of the rental Dwelling itself.
15.) DWELLING IS PRIVATE PROPERTY-The Guest is hereby notified that the Dwelling is a privately owned home or villa and is being made available for rent.  If the heating, air conditioning or a major appliance fails and upon notice, the Agent is unable to secure timely repair, the Agent at his sole discretion, may make a rate adjustment not to exceed 10% of the basic daily rate. No refunds will be issued for non-functioning or closed amenities (for both homes and villas) including but not limited to pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, fitness rooms, and or other equipment.
16.) LINENS AND TERRY ARE NOT PROVIDED FOR SLEEP SOFAS- Sleep sofa bedding including linens and towels may be reserved in advance for a cost of $25 per week.  Please call the office for this service. Guests are welcome to bring and use their own linens and towels for the sleep sofas.   
17.) RETURN CHECKS- A $35 service charge will be levied for any returned check.
18.) CANCELLATION POLICY- For a refund of moneys, cancellation must be in writing and received 91 days prior to your arrival date.  The cancellation fee will be 10% of the rental rate.  Cancellations within 46-90 days will result in the loss of the 40% deposit unless we are able to re-rent the Dwelling for the same rate and time period.  No refunds will be made for cancellations received 45 days or less prior to arrival unless the Dwelling is re-rented for the same rate and time period.  If the Dwelling is re-rented, then a 10% cancellation fee will apply.   For this reason, we highly recommend that you consider purchasing the optional travel insurance.
19.) NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY CHECK OUTS OR NO SHOWS- Guest agrees that once they have checked in to the Dwelling, no refunds will be issued for early checkouts.  If Guests does not cancel the reservation and does not arrive for the Guest’s rental period, all moneys paid will be forfeited.
 20.) TERMINATION BY OWNER-Should the Owner of the property under our management elect to remove their property from our program for any reason, the guest will not hold Sea Turtle Getaways, Inc. liable.  Every effort will be made to place you into a comparative property. If a comparable property is not available, Guest agrees to accept a full refund of any moneys paid to date.
21.) PENALTY FOR VIOLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT- If Guest violates any of the conditions or restrictions of this agreement, the Guest agrees that the Agent may terminate this agreement and enter the Dwelling. Upon notice of termination of this agreement, the Guest shall vacate the Dwelling immediately without being entitled to any refund and shall waive any rights that may be applicable under SC Landlord-Tenant Act.
22.) LEASEHOLDER RESPONSIBILITIES- While there may be numerous occupants in a given Dwelling, only the reserving party is required to sign the lease.  The Agent will hold the signing lessee responsible for the payment, security deposit and all other leaseholder responsibilities enumerated in the lease. 
23.) RATES- Any reservations (rate or property) made for the following year is not guaranteed.  Guest will be notified if there is a rate or property change and has the right to cancel at that time without penalty.
24.) PERSONAL PROPERTY- It is the responsibility of the Guests to keep the Dwelling locked at all times.  Do not leave money or any other valuables in the Dwelling unattended.  Agent will not be held liable for any theft of Guest’s personal property from the Dwelling.
25.) SECURITY DEPOSIT- A security deposit is required on all rentals.  In lieu of a cash deposit, a major credit card imprint will be acceptable.  The amount of a cash security deposit is at the discretion of the Agent, however; the suggested deposit is 25% of the rental rate for the Dwelling or a minimum of $500, whichever is greater.
26.) AGENT’S RIGHT OF ENTRY- The Agent or authorized subcontractor may enter the Dwelling during business hours for the purpose connected with the repair, care of maintenance of the Dwelling.
27.) DEFRAUDING AN INNKEEPER- In South Carolina, it is illegal and punishable by a fine of up to $500, up to 6 months in prison or both for Defrauding an Innkeeper.
