This clean, spacious, and comfortable apartment sits in the heart of the Domain—super walkable to dozens of restaurants, shops, and entertainment—with on-site security, a refreshing pool, and very comfortable beds. Thoughtful, responsive hosting and clear check-in instructions make stays stress-free, creating an ideal, convenient base for shopping, dining, and exploring Austin.

Flor was a great host - very quick to respond and answer questions. Very nice, clean apartment and the Domain is a fun place to stay.

Our stay here was great, the property was well maintained and prepared.

We had a very nice stay for our business conference nearby. Felt right at home and Flor had excellent communication with us! Thanks again!

Perfect accommodation if you are looking to stay in the Domain. The only downfall which isn’t the hosts fault is the active construction that is going on right now in this area of the Domain, but this is temporary. The construction started early in the morning and it was very loud and hard to sleep. Other than that this place was perfect and I look forward to staying here again next time I’m in Austin. Wonderful host and very responsive.

Guest: {{guest_name}} (“Guest”), agrees to: 

LEASE TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises starting {{checkin_date}} from {{checkin_time}} and ending {{checkout_date}} at {{checkout_time}} (“Lease Term”). 

OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall be a total of {{number_of_guests}} guests. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the property, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. &nbsp;

QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. No Partying of any kind is allowed inside or outside the property.

NO REFUNDS. Guest acknowledges and agrees that no refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, or any other requests for compensation, adjustments, or modifications will be permitted outside the terms and conditions of the cancellation policy as agreed upon at the time of booking

PETS. The Host allows pets that follow the rules on the reservation on the Premises. If the Guest is found to have undisclosed pets on the Premises, this Agreement shall be forfeited.&nbsp;

SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited, both inside and outside.&nbsp;

LIABILITY WAIVER: Guest assumes all risks and responsibility for using the premises, including the home, pool, and amenities. The Owner and Management are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the stay. By booking, Guest agrees to release and hold harmless the Owner and Management from all claims. 

No Partying of any kind is allowed inside or outside the property.&nbsp;&nbsp;
