Our unit was decorated very nice. Furniture including the beds were comfortable. A plus was the large balcony and view was great. Nice indoor pool and lazy river. Location was perfect - across from Publix and a Starbucks.

We had a beautiful stay at this condo. We did find that there were some essentials missing in the kitchen like dish soap, a scrubber, pizza cutter, plastic plates, things like that overall though it was beautifully decorated. Great view. For what they charge there were ZERO supplies in the unit. Not a single garbage bag or dish soap. No salt and pepper, nada. Additional parking charge once you arrive. The TP was the cheapest, thinnest known to man. Unfortunately they can get away with this. Having experienced the service, I would encourage you to look elsewhere.
We had an outstanding week in unit 1105 at Phoenix Orange Beach. The unit was very clean and very accommodating for our 10 family members. My only concern is the parking charge.

Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your full deposit.
