In case the weather is not cooperating, instead of a beach day- take your little ones to the Northwood's Children Museum in Eagle River. I promise you they will not be bored.

If you are looking for excitement, head out to Eagle River Speedway. You will be on the edge of your seat watching exciting racing on a 1/3 mile clay tri-oval track.

There is fun to be had for all at Elmer's Fun Park in St. Germain! Two exciting go-kart tracks, wet and wild bumper boats, guided scenic horseback trail rides, bounce house for little ones, and a miniature golf course!

Hit the green on the 18 hole golf course at St. Germain Golf Club. This course will challenge the most seasoned golfer as well as provide the social player with a most memorable golfing experience.

The St. Germain Snowmobile Hall of Fame and Museum is a must see for any snowmobiler. The museum is full of classic vintage sleds, race sleds and everything snowmobiling!

1.	Reservation holder is responsible for the full payment for the entire rental period described in their itinerary. Reservation balances for private vacation homes are due in full 60 days prior to the arrival date. Resort reservation fees are due in full 30 days prior to the date of arrival. If payment is not received, the credit card used to secure the reservation will be automatically charged for the balance of the stay. 
2.	Reservation is not confirmed until a deposit is received for the reservation dates requested. Payments can be made by check, VISA, MasterCard and Discover Credit Cards. Failure to make payment when due will result in a cancellation of this agreement.
3.	Guests are responsible for inspecting the property upon arrival and reporting any problem or damage immediately. Guests are not entitled to a refund or discount, nor allocation to another property in the event that damage or issues are not immediately reported by the reservation holder to our staff. 
4.	Owner/Owner’s Agent may enter the premises in the event of an emergency and have permission to perform required repairs or maintenance. 
5.	Occupancy is not to exceed the maximum occupancy provided in the property details; occupancy includes children, infants and visitors. Extra persons are charged $15.00 per night or $75.00 per week. All rates are subject to 10% state and local tax. Exceeding maximum occupancy will result in additional fees, applied to the major credit card on file. 
6.	Arrival and Departure Times: Check in time is anytime after 3 P.M. Early check-ins may be authorized only by Hiller Vacation Homes the day before your arrival if conditions allow.  If guests enter premises prior to inspection time and the cleaning/inspection process is disrupted, there will be a minimum $100 early check in fee charged to the credit card on file.  Checkout time is 8 A.M. in the summer and 9 A.M. during the rest of the year. Later Checkout times may be arranged one day prior to your departure date but only if specifically granted by Hiller Vacation Homes.  If guests have not fully vacated the property by the checkout time and the cleaning/inspection process is disrupted, a $50 per quarter hour late checkout fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
7.	Guests are prohibited from smoking inside any of our vacation rental homes. Guests choosing to smoke outdoors, agree to use the appropriate receptacles for all smoking materials. 
8.	Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to the property that occurs during their occupancy. Hiller Vacation Homes reserves the right to charge guests for missing or damaged items that are not immediately reported upon guest’s arrival. If a repair, replacement or excessive cleaning is necessary after departure, the credit card on file will be charged to cover the costs, not to exceed $3,000.00 per property  and $3,000.00 per watercraft rental. Guests waive the right to exercise a chargeback for damage fees applied to the credit card provided for incidental damages. Guests have the option, during the reservation process and up until the final payment is paid in full, to purchase damage property policy through CSA Travel Protection, A Europ Assistance Group Company. CSA Damage Protection will cover incidental damages or loss up to a maximum benefit of $3,000.00, conditions of the CSA policy will apply. Damages exceeding $3,000.00 will be the responsibility of the guest and will be charged to the credit card on file for incidentals.
9.	Hiller Vacation Homes, as the manager responsible for the property, will make a reasonable effort to repair or replace any damaged or missing items as identified and reported by the guest. Efforts and resolution made within a timely manner meet the obligations of the property manager and the guest will not be entitled to any refund or discount due to the reported property condition. If Hiller Vacation Homes is unable to repair, replace or address the notable condition, an appropriate resolution will be provided by management. 
10.	Prior to departure, guest is responsible for emptying all trash and recycling receptacles, washing and putting away dishes and returning furniture to the location where it was found. Tenants are responsible for looking for personal belongings prior to leaving.
11.	Hiller Vacation Homes and/or the homeowner are not liable for any loss, injury or damage experienced by the guests on the premises. Guest agrees that they are responsible for supervising all children and any other persons invited to enjoy the facility during their contracted use of the property.
12.	Quiet Hours: Guests agree and understand that Vilas and Oneida Counties enforce quiet hours after 10:00 PM. Any loud noises or disruptive behavior occurring after quiet hours will result in a financial penalty, automatically applied to the guest’s credit card on file. Loud noises include; lighting fireworks, excessive drinking, music and any other activity reported by neighbors, other guests or the property’s owner or manager. 
13.	Good neighbor Clause: There is a non-refundable pet fee of $100 per pet in properties that allow pets; property listings will identify if they allow pets and if there is limit on number of pets allowed. Guests are responsible for picking up after their pets and are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning needed from pets after their departure. Unauthorized pets will receive a mandatory $150.00 fee per animal, which will be applied to the credit card on file for the reservation. 
14.	Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will receive a deposit refund less the service charge if your unit or boat is re-rented for the same dates and prices. Your balance is considered due prior to your arrival date, cancellations made after your rental deposit is paid in full will be charged for the full balance of their reservation if the reservation cannot be filled for the same dates and prices.  For this reason, we recommend travel insurance to protect your investment in your vacation, especially for groups of three or more cottages. We do not refund for early departures or acts of God if a storm takes out the power to a rental unit. 
Vacation Rental Insurance has been made available with your reservation. Vacation Rental Insurance provides coverage for prepaid, nonrefundable expenses due to certain unforeseeable circumstances that may jeopardize your vacation investment and force you to incur unplanned expenses. We strongly recommend you purchase this valuable protection. Separate terms and conditions apply, read your Description of Coverage/Policy carefully and contact CSA at (866) 999-4018 with coverage questions.  Travel Insurance is not available to tenants residing in the states of Pennsylvania, New York and Hawaii.
**Reservation dates during the winter season that encounter snowmobile trail conditions we deem un-ridable or trails closed by the state or county, can use their reservation deposit on future reservations through the winter season of the following year. Exceptions made for trail conditions are made no more than 72 hours prior to the guest's arrival.
Please note, Fireworks are not allowed at any of our vacation rental homes or cottages. 
Firewood: Most of the properties in our portfolio do not provide firewood for your stay. You can purchase firewood at our main office, located at 200 Hwy 70 in St. Germain. If you find firewood near the fire pit of the home you have reserved, we encourage you to use what’s been left from previous renters.
