Our family of four stayed here the week of Christmas 2024. The unit was well equipped, especially the kitchen as the silverware and appliances were very nice. The location is right on a golf course, although it’s actually on the 9th hole of Atlantic Dunes rather than the Heron Point course shown in the listing. Also, the management company was v...

This property was the perfect mix of location and comfort. Being on the first floor was great and even when we had an issue, it was handled right away---great service from the management company. My wife and I have already talked about booking this same location again for next year.

We absolutely loved staying in this condo. It was spotless and beautiful. It appears to have been recently updated, it was so cozy and very put together. The location was perfect, we walked and rode our bikes everywhere. It was a bit too cold to use the pool but it looked nice from when we walked by it. We enjoyed watching the golfers from the outd...

Such a great place and great location. Kitchen was fully stocked and plenty of towels for the week. The *only* downside was black pet hair all on the floor and on couches. I think a thorough cleaning is needed if animals are going to stay. Other than that, it was the perfect place.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations of four (4) days or more must be cancelled Thirty (30) days prior to Arrival for refund. Reservations of three (3) days or fewer must be cancelled 2 weeks prior to Arrival for refund. All cancellations will be subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee, any processing fees associated with the reservation are not refundable. All reservations are made subject to strikes, failure to vacate, or causes or conditions beyond our control.
