Carmen has been our contact on several rentals and has always been very professional. She goes above and beyond to remedy any problems we encounter. Her response time is usually in minutes. I cannot recommend her enough.

Carmen is a first rate host. She was responsive to my numerous calls and did everything she could to address the issues we encountered. Little Harbor is located in beautiful surroundings and Carmen’s advise and assistance made for a wonderful stay.

The property grounds are generally well maintained with picturesque views and landscaping but the pool was too warm and the outside bar by the pool was never open during our week long stay. This is a nice condo and decorated very nicely. The carpet had just been replaced so it had that the new smell. The beds are comfortable. All appliances worked great.
