The condo had a wonderful ocean view. Overall it was nice and clean. The bedroom was closed off. We had to pull it away from the wall so we could squeeze in to the other side of the bed. There wasn’t a tv in the bedroom either. We got used to all of it. So no big deal.

The rental unit was perfect for a couple. I personally couldn't see more than 2 people in it. Had everything you needed. Full kitchen, all utensils. Queen bed was small for us but comfortable. Super quiet. Steps away from the beach. Lots of stairs. It does have 1 elevator that's in the middle of the building. So either way lots of walking to this ...
Clean unit, great location .
I have stayed in this unit numerous times. Unit is very nice with amazing views off the deck. May I suggest that an additional chair be added in living room since there is only a couch. Vacation Time Rental is great to work with also! Have used them for many years in making accommodations at HHI.

Villas are convenient to shopping and restaurants. Directly on the beach.Walkway to the beach like new, no steps. Grounds beautiful.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations of four (4) days or more must be cancelled Thirty (30) days prior to Arrival for refund. Reservations of three (3) days or fewer must be cancelled 2 weeks prior to Arrival for refund. All cancellations will be subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee, any processing fees associated with the reservation are not refundable. All reservations are made subject to strikes, failure to vacate, or causes or conditions beyond our control.
