We had a wonderful experience in Captiva. This is our 2nd stay at Serenity and we plan to return in 2026. Location is perfect. House is so nice and clean and close to everything on the island. After experiencing 3 separate hurricanes this beautiful home has survived wonderfully.

Glad to be back. Thanks for getting the place back in rentable shape. Rental co was very communicative. No issues. Pool was great. Close to the beach. Perfect for a smaller (6 or less) group.

Beautiful location and home. We were there 4 months post hurricane Helene and things have not returned to normal. A good job is being done overall, but it's not the old Captiva yet.Serenity is a perfect property-if maintenance is improved. Pool not cleaned pre-visit, or on Friday as scheduled. The house was great for our family with a few exceptions: 1. AC issues unresolved on right side of house2. Cob webs every where3. Floors were dirty and sand every where at arrival. Would have been happy to sweep, however there was no equipment to do so4. Construction in every direction, vehicles parked every where limiting easy access to beach....

Cancellation. You may cancel your reservation up to 60 days before arrival and your payments (except the reservation fee and tax) will be refunded. Our 2-day Cancellation Policy is valid on reservations made prior to February 19, 2021. All reservations made after February 19, 2021 are subject to no refunds 60 -1 day prior to arrival date.
