10/10 Excellent Jill B Great place to stay! This property is close to ASU with a grocery store just down the street. The layout of the house is great with one bedroom on one side and the other two bedrooms at the other end. The living areas are cozy and comfortable. The pictures are very accurate and the house is lovely. There are train tracks right behind the house but we only heard one train a day.
