This unit was in a great location and the property has beautiful grounds. All the staff were very helpful. Our main complaint was that our whole hallway smelled like marijuana smoke and the loft was very hot and difficult to cool down for the kids to sleep. Clean and well equipped.

The place is quaint, and close to Purgatory. The room was comfortable and had enough space for all of us. The kitchen is a wee bit small, but still workable. The neighbor had a dog that barked a lot, but that's the only real issue. (Bring your own spices for cooking!)

This is Perfect! So many amenities here, you will never get bored. Very Clean, everyone that works here is so helpful and nice! Durango has anything you would need on a trip. We shopped til we dropped, made a day White Water Rafting and went to Purgatory! After 5 days, we had to go back to Texas.

The unit was completely functional for our family of 5. We really loved the layout and how everyone had their own bed! Couple of things to note, this unit is really outdated - I usually wouldn’t mind but a few things to mention: the shower/tub would not drain so it would fill up while you were showering and be a few inches deep after a 5 minutes sh...

The good: The property is beautiful, and the pools and playground for the kids were very clean and we enjoyed them. The bad: The unit is in the main lodge and is in need of upgrades.
