The Emigrant Cabins is a boutique lodging property offering 7 private cabins, on an acre lot with a large picnic pavilion, BBQ grills, fire pit and all within walking distance of food, drinks, live music, shopping & adventure! Rent a single unit or multiple cabins.

We also offer boutique camping at Tiny Town Campground in either tiny A-Frames or our glamping tents near Yellowstone National Park.

This newly built "glamp-ground", nestled in the tiny town of Emigrant MT, features 5 custom designed A-frame cabins & 4 canvas wall tents, a common kitchen & bathhouse with private stalls & shower rooms.

Each wall-tent provides  private sleeping accommodations for 2, in a truly unique way to camp in Montana.

Tiny Town Campground is an affordable lodging property for those adventurous travelers looking for a new & UNIQUE way to stay while experiencing Montana & Yellowstone National Park. 

Our campground is limited to just 9 sites to keep the "camping- vibe", all while being located right in a tiny town that provides amazing amenities to travelers. 

WALL TENT ACCOMMODATIONS:
These adorable wall tents showcase custom designed features throughout. 
The center-piece to these unique tents are the comfy queen beds surrounded by an elegant bug netting, heated mattress pad & fan.
A bar top & stools, private deck & adirondack chairs with mountain views make this unit the ultimate cozy accommodation.

This site  can accommodates up to a MAX of 2 guest with bedding & linens provided.

KITCHEN: 
The kitchen is in a common building at the center of the property and is SHARED by all guest. 

This is a large commercial kitchen with a double sink, stainless steel counters, 2 stoves, 
2 refrigerators with freezers, & 2 microwaves.
Dining & seating area in center of kitchen with wood bar tops & stools. 
The kitchen includes all utensils, dishes & cookware needed for preparing simple meals. Coffee, tea, cocoa, creamer & basic pantry staples are also provided. 

BATHHOUSE : 
Separate MENs & WOMENs bathrooms are also located in common building & SHARED by guest. EACH bathroom features 3 private toilet stalls, 2  private shower rooms, & vanity with 2 sinks. 

Linen, toiletries, & hairdryer provided.

OUTDOOR SPACE: 
The property offers a common outdoor space with picnic tables, outdoor bar, seating, fire pit, sun shade and BBQ grill all with mountain views, native grass, mature trees, and flower garden for guest enjoyment.

You will find a complete  informational guide in the kitchen with all our recommendations for trusted local businesses, area activities, and local guides for hire.

The campsites are self check-in & out with a keycode. We provide all information needed to access & enjoy your unit. We do not have staff on location but are available by phone or message.

The campground is centrally located in the tiny town of Emigrant and within walking distance of several local establishments that feature great food, drinks, live music, shopping, & adventure. 

Start your mornings relaxing with coffee at the campground or pick-up breakfast & coffee from the famous Old Saloon or Wildflour Bakery, just down the road.

Spend the day exploring the area! Adventure awaits in every direction of the campground; everything from fly fishing the famous Yellowstone River & exploring Yellowstone National Park to soaking at the famous Chico & Yellowstone Hot Springs. 

Evenings can be enjoyed relaxing at the property, sitting on your porch with scenic mountain views. Mingle with other guest or grill up your own dinner with fresh/local meat and produce from area farmers. 
If you want to try the local flare, we can recommend a number of dinning and entertainment options, from the best bar-burger & local beer, to 5 star dinning in Paradise Valley!

Live music can usually be found at Follow 'Yer Nose BBQ, The Old Saloon, Emigrant Outpost, Pine Creek, Music Ranch, Yellowstone Hot Springs, The Chico Saloon, & Sage Lodge - all within a few minutes of the campground.

Our CANCELLATION policy is firm so please review and plan accordingly. 

MAX OCCUPANCY: 
All guest must be counted towards the total # of guest, regardless of age. We do not make any exceptions to our 2 person MAX. No unregistered guest or visitors allowed on property at any time.

EARLY CHECKIN/LATE CHECKOUT:
Due to a number of factors, we cannot accommodate early check-in or late checkout. Thanks in advance for understanding. 

NO RVs, TRAILERS OR PITCH-YOUR-OWN TENTS ALLOWED. 2 vehicles/reservation.

This is a COMMUNAL property and it is each guests responsibility to follow our simple rules, be respectful & considerate of other guest.

Our TENT accommodations are thoughtfully designed for comfort but are still JUST TENTS with the potential to be hot during the day and cool at night, there is the potential for noise and a few bugs could get inside the tent. 
We make every effort to keep these factors to a minimum but camping in Montana comes with some givens. If you are at all leery about staying in a tent please choose our A-frame accommodations. 

The campground is located right in a tiny town and has a nearby outdoor music venue (the famous OLD SALOON) that frequently has music till 11pm. This is a great benefit for our guest if you enjoy that sort of thing and if you do not enjoy outdoor music then we encourage you to book either another accommodation or inquire about our Emigrant Cabins.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was very clean, the heated mattress pad is a great touch and kept us very warm during the cold nights and mornings. Check-in process was a breeze and the communal kitchen is well stocked and very clean! Our hosts were communicative and available. Cannot recommend this unique experience enough when exploring Yellowstone!

Everything about this place was wonderful. The tent was very clean, cute, & cozy. The mattress pad heater & space heater were already on for us when we got in late from being in Yellowstone all day. Comfort of the bed & pillows was great as both were memory foam. Bathrooms were so clean you could eat off the floor, & each person got their own bath mats for the showers. The views of the mountains were breath taking. If it’s a windy night, however, the tent flapping may keep you awake.

Great place!  Beautiful tent with lots of outlets, space heater and super cozy heated mattress.  So clean, including bathrooms and kitchen.  The kitchen was unbelievable with so many little touches (French press!) and great appliances.  Highly recommend this place.  If you are there on a night where live outdoor music is scheduled at the Saloon next door, bring earplugs or noise cancelling headphones.  Oh and the Saloon next door had a vegan entree option!

Bedroom 1

THE PARTIES. This Short-Term Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) made on {{reservation_date}} between the following:

Guest: {{guest_name}} (“Guest”), and
&nbsp;
Host: {{host_name}} (“Host”).
&nbsp;
THE PREMISES. The Host agrees to lease the described property below to the Guest, and the Guest agrees to rent from the Host:
&nbsp;

Hereinafter known as the “Premises.”
&nbsp;
LEASE TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises starting {{checkin_date}} from {{checkin_time}} and ending {{checkout_date}} at {{checkout_time}} (“Lease Term”).
&nbsp;
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.
&nbsp;
OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall be a total of {{number_of_guests}} guests.

If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host.

BOOKING FEES. The Guest shall pay the Host the amount as detailed during the booking process.

UTILITIES. The Host shall be responsible for all utilities and services to the Premises EXCEPT for the following: None.

SECURITY DEPOSIT. The Guest shall be obligated to pay the following amounts upon the execution of this Agreement:

Security Deposit amount as detailed in the booking process. The Security Deposit is for the faithful performance of the Guest under the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Guest must pay the Security Deposit at the execution of this Agreement. The Security Deposit shall be returned to the Guest within the State's requirements after the end of the Lease Term less any itemized deductions. This Security Deposit shall not be credited towards any Rent unless the Host gives their written consent.
&nbsp;
PETS. The Host does not allow pets: There are no pets allowed on the Premises. If the Guest is found to have pets on the Premises, this Agreement and any Security Deposit shall be forfeited.
&nbsp;
SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited.
&nbsp;

SUBLETTING. The guest does not have the right to sublet the Premises.

INSPECTION. The Host has the right to inspect the Premises with prior notice as in accordance with State law. Should the Guest violate any of the terms of this Agreement, the rental period shall be terminated immediately in accordance with State law. The Guest waives all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period. The Guest shall vacate the Premises at the expiration time and date of this agreement.
&nbsp;
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS. The Guest shall maintain the Premises in a good, clean, and ready-to-rent condition and use the Premises only in a careful and lawful manner. The Guest shall leave the Premises in a ready to rent condition at the expiration of this Agreement, defined by the Host as being immediately habitable by the next Guest. The Guest shall pay for maintenance and repairs should the Premises be left in a lesser condition. The Guest agrees that the Host shall deduct costs of said services from any Security Deposit prior to a refund if Guest causes damage to the Premises or its furnishings.
&nbsp;
TRASH. The Guests shall dispose of all waste material generated during the Lease Term under the strict instruction and direction of the Host.
&nbsp;
QUIET ENJOYMENT. The Guest, along with neighbors, shall enjoy each other’s company in a quiet and respectful manner to each other’s enjoyment. The Guest is expected to behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors with any residents of the immediate area. Creating a disturbance of the area by large gatherings or parties shall be grounds for immediate termination of this Agreement.
&nbsp;
HOST’S LIABILITY. The Guest and any of their guests hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Host against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from the use of the Premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. The Guest expressly recognizes that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Host may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Guest and that Guest should purchase their own insurance for their guests if such coverage is desired.
&nbsp;
ATTORNEY’S FEES. The Guest agrees to pay all reasonable costs, attorney's fees, and expenses that shall be made or incurred by the Host enforcing this agreement.
&nbsp;
USE OF PREMISES. The Guest shall use the Premises for residential use only. The Guest is not authorized to sell products or services on the Premises or conduct any commercial activity.
&nbsp;
ILLEGAL ACTIVITY. The Guest shall use the Premises for legal purposes only. Any other such use that includes but is not limited to illicit drug use, verbal or physical abuse of any person or illegal sexual behavior shall cause immediate termination of this Agreement with no refund of pre-paid Rent.
&nbsp;
POSSESSIONS. Any personal items or possessions that are left on the Premises are not the responsibility of the Host. The Host shall make every reasonable effort to return the item to the Guest. If claims are not made within the State’s required time period or two (2) weeks, whichever is shorter, the Host shall be able to keep such items to sell or for personal use.
&nbsp;
GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement shall be governed and subject to the laws located in the jurisdiction of Premise’s location.
