It was okay but left a lot to be desired. The beach walk was 0.4 miles and the beach tram they advertised did not run the three days we were there due to intermittent rain so we were left dodging rain showers with beach bags, chairs and coolers of stuff to and from the condo. Cancellation Policy
A 60 day written notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund, less a $150 cancellation fee and the Convenience Fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will result in a 100% loss of all monies paid.
