Welcome to our beautiful, 2-bed suite on the 2nd floor at Coral Resort. Our accommodation can comfortably fit up to 6 people, has a large open living area with a great view

Pinellas County is undertaking a 2025 beach nourishment project, which includes sand placement in Clearwater Beach

• During this period, there may be temporary beach access closures, construction activity, and associated noise.
• Property easements are still being accepted for certain areas.
• For real-time updates, guests can text PCBEACHES to 888-777 to receive notifications about closures and construction.

Guest Interaction:
Your unit is private but there are 25 units at the resort so all of the amenities are shared.

Access:
Guests will have access to the entire resort. Parking is free but a parking pass must be placed on the dashboard.

LAUNDRY FACILITY: Guest laundry is available on site. Machines accept credit cards only. Regular machines are $2.50 per wash and $2.50 per dry. Larger machines are $3.00 per wash and $3.00 per dry.

Neighborhood:
Beachside neighborhood with bars, cafes, ice cream shops, boutique stores, and restaurants all *right there*. Don't even need a car.

Transit:
Everything is walkable.

Additional Notes:
This unit is a private unit at a resort. We manage only a select few units here, all top tier and well taken care of. As a result, we have zero control over any of the amenities outside of the unit.

Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only. Examples included linens, towels, and wine glasses.)

House Rules: 
✔ Minimum Age: The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check-in. Anyone under 25 will be refused entry and your reservation will be cancelled without a refund. 

✔ Parties: NO PARTIES are allowed at any time. There are zero exceptions to this rule. 

✔ Parking: Parking is on-site and included in your stay. You must use a parking pass provided at check-in. Please make sure this pass is visible on the dashboard of your vehicle. 

✔ Balcony: The balcony is a standing-room only balcony and shared with your neighbor. Please practice regular precaution when on the balcony and do not throw anything over the side. 

✔ Pool: The pool is managed by the resort, not us. Therefore any issues with the pool should be shared with us but also the resort. Please make sure to follow the resorts rules for the pool.

✔ CHECKOUT/CHECK-IN PROCESS. Unless otherwise stated in the listing, all check-in times are 4PM EST and checkout times are 10AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). Ex. if you have not left by 10:45AM you will be charged $70. Depending on availability and subject to the team's approval, you can request for an early check in or late checkout. For early check-in and late checkout requests, the fee is $20/hour when approved in advance and paid before check-in/checkout.

✔ SMOKING. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside any of our rentals. If cleaners determined smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, we reserve the right to charge a $250 penalty. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without any refund and charge a $250 penalty. 

✔  LOCKOUTS. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) we reserve the right to charge a $125 fee for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200.

✔ Fees: 
- Cleaning fee (maintenance and housekeeping)
- Service fee helps cover the cost of secure transactions, product development, and 24/7 customer service. 
- Resort fee usually covers the cost of providing certain amenities to guests, such as the pool or fitness center, Wi-Fi, toiletries, and other property maintenance costs.
-Taxes such as VAT, city and sales tax.
one hour is $15 anything more than that two hours or more if we approve it will be $40 

* Please note that fees may not be included in the total when booking through third-party platforms. We reserve the right to collect these fees separately if they are not reflected in the initial booking total.
* ALL TRANSACTIONS, including refunds, will incur a 3.7% processing fee applied by our payment processor; this fee is not refundable. Other payment method is free.

✔ ITEMS LEFT BEHIND. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $15 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed.

✔ We reserve the right to approve date changes requested outside the full refund window. If approved, a "date change fee" of 10% of the total reservation (including fees and taxes) or $100—whichever is less—will apply, with a minimum fee of $35. This applies only to stays of 5 nights or less. Longer stays may have different fees and restrictions.

✔ WEAPONS. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, we do NOT ALLOW any lethal weapons on our properties. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. If granted permission, the weapon must be licensed and safely secured at all times.

✔ NOISE POLICY:
Please note that weekday daytime noise (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM) is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities, which are unpredictable and beyond our control. While we do our best to inform guests of potential noise in advance, we cannot guarantee a noise-free environment and do not issue refunds for such disturbances. Thank you for your understanding.

✔ TV Subscriptions & Apps
Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services or smart TV apps. Please refrain from launching or purchasing any new subscriptions on the TV. Any unauthorized subscriptions or charges will be billed back to the guest at the cost of the subscription plus a $25 service fee.

✔ A/C Instructions:
Please keep the thermostat set to “AUTO” mode and do not set the temperature lower than 71°F to prevent system issues.

The resort fee is a damage waiver that covers up to $500 in damages during your stay (excluding linens, towels, and small decorative items). This is instead of having to pay a damage deposit of $500 and have a credit card on file. Guest may still be liable for damages beyond $500 or those not covered by the waiver.
