In total, there are 6 double rooms and a double in this villa. The Master bedroom deserves a special mention in this villa. Located on the first floor, sharing this apartment with another bedroom, has a wardrobe for him and her, a large bathroom with a jacuzzi and a separate shower. The master bedroom terrace has a wonderful view of the promenade and the sea.

Summary:
Villa della Fonte makes the perfect setting for a holiday on the Tuscan coast. The villa has two floors: on the first floor there is a kitchen, a large living room and a bedroom with bathroom and living room inside. On the ground floor there are three other bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and another lounge overlooking the garden with swimming pool. Possibility to add the adjacent Guest House with 3 bedrooms, to sleep a total of 12.

The Space:
With fabulous sea views and set in the lush Mediterranean hillside of the Argentario Peninsula near the charming port of Porto Ercole, the opportunity of a holiday here is not to be missed. The Villa is set in verdant gardens of cypress, olives trees, pines, aloes and palms. 

This bi-level, 4 bedroom stone home is both relaxed and comfortable, just as a seaside home should be. On the upper level entrance you will find a large double living room, with while sofas, a fireplace for winter, and a chic but comfortable glow. There is a dining room and adjoining kitchen which is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, blender, oven, and plenty of dishes and utensils. The large master suite with bathroom and living room, and a garden exit completes the level. On the lower level there are three other double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and living room. There is a winter garden room with a large window overlooking the  6 x 11 meter pool. A small laundry / ironing room completes the residence's facilities.

Walk out of your bedroom to immaculate terraced gardens of pines, olive trees, cypresses and flowering Mediterranean shrubs, then gaze at the sea, the mountains and even a Spanish Fort. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Porto Ercole, on Monte Argentario, a peninsula south of Grosseto in Tuscany, is full of Renaissance charm and history. Caravaggio, for instance, washed-up dead on Porto Ercole’s shores 400 years ago. You are close to La Feniglia Beach or the Riva del Marchese where you can rent a peddle or a motorboat, or you can take the ferry to the charming island of Giglio just off the coast, where you can swim on pristine beaches, have a delicious lunch and stroll among more historic streets of this Castle-Fort Island.

Porto Ercole is exquisitely located just over an hour to Siena and Arezzo, and less than 2 hours from Florence and Rome. Our properties Located in Antwerp are close to MAS Museum Antwerp, Astrid Square and Antwerp Zoo. One lux stay provides free WiFi. It is close to the Meir, and Groenplaats Antwerp.
All units are new buildings fully equipped with Kosher style kitchen. Great seating area. A flat-screen TV, a washing machine, and a private bathroom with a shower.

The Space:
Near Uzès, in the heart of an active French hamlet, enjoy the best of Provence, in Mas de Mon Coeur, a this 5 bedroom, 5 bedroom stone Mas, restored with love by it's talented decorator-owner. Welcome to Le Mas de Mon Coeur in Vers-Pont-du-Gard!
Enter and find a wonderful open plan kitchen with large island with seating. It is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob, fridge, microwave, oven and everything you may need to prepare that perfect French meal. Or not, we can also book a gourmet cook! The kitchen is equipped to please the most rigorous demands. The central island is a cook’s dream and the extra seating around the island and in the kitchen area allows for group cooking sessions.
A large airy living area opens onto the garden and shaded terrace, overlooking the crystal clear pool (5.5 x 3 meters), perfect for a cooling refresher in the midst of a summer's day. The courtyard garden has a second entry through a gate which gives onto a small impasse, perfect for coming in and out with bicycles.
Five double bedrooms with luxury linens and best of bedding and each with their own modern bathroom stocked with luxury bath products, makes this perfect for a group of adults or for a family. The house sleeps 10 people comfortably. However, small children can additionally be accommodated, totaling a maximum of 14.  
This is a house to make memories to treasure for a lifetime.
But part of your holiday joy will come from your holiday setting. Vers Pont-du-Gard, is of course named for the World Heritage site that is a walk away, the famous two thousand year Roman Aqueduct, The Pont-du-Gard, visually spectacular, as well as historically and scientifically fascinating. In fact, the ancient aqueduct passed right through this town, and it is a wonderful hike to follow its traces to the actual Pont that crosses the Gard river on the way to Nimes, where it carried water to the larger population. There is a modern museum at the site itself. You will also find that  swimming and canoeing in the river are popular activities to try and enjoy.
The village is active with bakery, pharmacy, wine bar, restaurants, post office, hairdresser, “tabac”, doctors, dentist, physiotherapist, osteopath, sports club and two wine producers (“caves”). Look for Patricia who sells fresh fruit and vegetables every Monday and Wednesday morning in the central square, Place de la Fontaine.  On Saturdays her stall is joined by eight or ten others selling meat, fish, cheese, wine, Italian and Vietnamese produce, flowers, clothes, etc. These are opportunities to plunge into the warm and friendly atmosphere of the village by meeting the villagers, always present in the market. You will find everything you need to fill your shopping basket and prepare delicious meals.
More famous Wednesday and Saturday markets in nearby and larger Uzès, a three-star, "worth a trip"  town in the Green Michelin, and whose shops, restaurants and well-kept tranquil streets exude charm and authenticity. The market is held in the famous and truly beautiful, "Place aux Herbes", with its Renaissance facades and its encircling Plane trees.
Further afield, you will also want to visit nearby Castillon du Gard, as well as Avignon, and Nimes, Les Baux de Provence, etc..
As far as Food and Dining, whether visiting local markets where local produce is an abundant delight, or choosing local bistros, cafes, or starred restaurants, you are in for a treat to the palate. The region is known for its fresh asparagus, melons, cherries, and apricots, but also its local truffles. The market's are full of wide selections of local cheese-makers, olives, and olive oil producers, as well as the farmers with their local products. Not to forget the famed wines!
