Our home has TONS of patio living spaces, each one furnished to enjoy views of the lake. Outside, enjoy the lake via our home's private dock with two complimentary kayaks. Our largest outdoor space features a screened in & temperature-controlled balcony with giant windows, lounge chairs, and a game table. Our home features stylish & comfortable decor throughout, decorated to invoke that "home away from home" feel. Big enough for your whole family with an upstairs and downstairs living area. Upon entry, find our main floor living room with wood burning fireplace, sofa with Queen pullout sofa, fully stocked kitchen, dining areas (inside & out), and amenities throughout. Get comfortable in our living room for movie night or an evening around the wood burning fireplace. Our spacious, updated kitchen is fully equipped for you to create all of your favorite vacation recipes. Complete with an 8–10-person dining table. Downstairs, enjoy game night on our plush sectional sofa or take the fun outside to back patio or fire pit with Adirondack seating.  
  
When it’s time to unwind after a fun-packed lake day, our home features 4 cozy bedrooms:

Tunnel Vision trail is just across the street for you to ride to the new OZ bike park, with the Back 40 and Blowing Springs trails just across Highway 71. Ride straight from your door and explore miles of rolling singletrack, forest paths, and scenic overlooks.

After a morning on the trails, unwind and recharge with a recovery session using Normatec Hyperice boots and the Theragun massage gun to soothe tired muscles. Then take a short drive to the Bella Vista Country Club for a round of golf, or head to Tanyard Creek to hike, kayak, or simply take in the peaceful scenery. Spend the afternoon on Lake Loch Lomond, rent a boat, and finish your day with dinner at Lakepoint Restaurant overlooking the water.

With generous storage space and all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay, this tranquil retreat is the perfect place to recharge and enjoy the beauty of the Ozarks.

Guest Interaction:
Guests can enjoy a smooth and private stay with self-check-in available anytime after 4 PM through the secure keypad entry. Check out is at 11 AM or before, and times can be flexible with prior communication. While we won’t meet in person for check-in, we’re always available by message or phone if you need anything during your stay.

Access:
Guests have full access to the entire townhouse and its amenities. Enjoy free parking right in front of the home for easy loading and unloading after a day on the trails. The private entrance with keypad entry makes check-in simple and secure, so you can arrive at your own pace and start relaxing or exploring right away.
