Carl's Nest features two master suites furnished with king beds and en-suite bathrooms and is an affluence rental unlike anything in the area. Two bedrooms are located on the second floor. Each bedroom is furnished with a king bed, high end fixtures and luxurious bedding. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom to keep your privacy from the your fellow travelers. 

The entire main floor is an open concept with leather couches and Smart TV in the living room. The dining room and kitchen are furnished with high end furnishings and stainless steal appliances.

Red Barn Roost is sure to wow you with its charming décor, modern touches, great back patio area with grill and amazing master balcony. With the contemporary and spacious main level living areas and the three bedrooms on the second level, you will have the needed privacy from your group members to provide a comfortable and harmonious living situation. The master retreat on the second level is furnished with a king bed and an ensuite with luxurious jetted tub and large walk in closet. 

A spacious balcony is located off of the master, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. You will find two other nicely decorated bedrooms on the second level furnished with queen beds. A full bathroom is available in the hall with close access for the queen bedrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with luxury beds made up with high quality linens.  

Washer and dryer are available with soap and softener.

Home of Lake Loveland and Boyd Lake, there are plenty of outdoor activities including paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing. Don't forget about Devils Backbone where you can enjoy a day hiking through the foothills enjoying scenic views of the Rocky Mountains.

With its downtown adjacent location, you will find plenty of restaurants, art galleries, sculpture gardens, and shopping within walking distance. Craft beer lovers will be excited by more than 30 breweries within 30 minutes of the home. Downtown Loveland is just a few minutes away with bars, music venues, breweries, an outdoor theater and so much more. 

Loveland is a sculpture mecca with various installments throughout town and bronze foundries that attract artists throughout the world. Enjoy a stroll through world renown Benson Sculpture Garden, with hundreds of sculptures surrounded by lush lawns, beautiful gardens and water features. On the eastern side of town near The Promenade Shops at Centerra, you will find Chapungu Sculpture Park. This wonderful sculpture park has meandering trails adorned with monumental stone sculptures from Zimbabwean artists spread throughout 26 acres. Loveland is a sculpting mecca with various installments throughout town and bronze foundries that attract artists throughout the world. Towards the beginning of August, Loveland welcomes art enthusiasts from afar to show their pieces at Sculpture in the Park, a nearly 40 year running event that is truly a must see.

Take the gorgeous, 30-minute drive to the famed Estes Park for a day trip of hiking and exploring Rocky Mountain National Park. With a one-hour drive north, you'll find Cheyenne, Wyoming. Denver and Denver International Airport are also only an hour south. 

Fort Collins is a wonderful college town just north of Loveland and a short 15 minutes drive, with availability to world famous breweries such as New Belgium and Odell Brewing Companies. Look them up online to schedule a brewery tour or visit the expansive tasting rooms for a taste of fresh and delicious made on site brews. You will find a thriving downtown with quaint shops, a wide variety of restaurants, local coffee shops and great concert venues such as the Aggie Theatre. We do accept dogs with a $100 pet fee per dog up to 2 dogs, and a $100 refundable security deposit. Dogs must be crated when left alone at the property. A large crate is provided in the shed. Please let us know if you plan on bringing a dog and if you'll need an additional crate.

Guests can ride the provided bicycles to tons of local restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, shopping, and entertainment, or hop on the Loveland Bike Path to go even further!
