Off the kitchen is a bath with a shower and a laundry closet, just before the door to the back deck. Here, you'll find seating and can step off for a walk, with a view of the mountains off to the right. Upstairs, on the second floor, find two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and TV (the primary a smart TV while you should bring a streaming device for the second), and a full bath between them. There's also a flight of stairs to the third bedroom above, which has two queen beds, a twin bed, and a futon for sitting to watch TV or play games there.

Listen to the river from the deck seating, or step off and take a walk along it with your guests and/or dog(s).
