To the right of the front door is a sunroom fully furnished for relaxing on Island time.

Inside the villa, you'll find a spacious living room area with ample seating (and a pull-out couch), TV and some books. In this open floor plan, the fully-equipped kitchen features an oven, electric stovetop, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and all of your other kitchen needs. There is also a table, counter stools, and a desk area with a strong WIFI signal for those who may need to work remotely. A washer and dryer is conveniently located off the hallway for the convenience of our guests.

As of 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has now started charging a fee of $45 per gate pass. This fee applies to guests staying 1 night – 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers will be required to show a valid Driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle.

The primary en-suite bathroom has both a jetted tub and a walk-in shower. The second floor's large first guest bedroom has a Queen bed plus a twin bed. There is a maximum on the number of vehicle passes for each property. Street parking is prohibited. Each pass requires one licensed driver's name. Guest may be asked to show license at the gate. Once the vehicle pass is issued, any licensed driver can drive.

CHECK IN: While self check-in makes the arrival process simple, we offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Loads of comfy seating, an overhead fan, and 58" Smart TV make everyone feel right at home. The newly renovated sun room boasts a 64 inch TV for your enjoyment.
