How do I contact my professional host?

Once your booking is confirmed, the host’s contact information will be provided either by email or directly on their site - depending on how you booked.

If you completed your reservation on Savvy, you’ll receive an email with your stay information which will include the host’s contact details. If you were redirected to the host’s website, their contact info should be included in your confirmation from them or on their website.

If you can’t find it or aren’t sure who to reach out to, check your spam folder first, then feel free to email us (support@savvy.com) and we’ll help track it down.
