Your host will send check-in instructions before your arrival. Most properties offer contactless check-in with keypads or smart locks.
If you have not received check-in instructions from your host, reach out to them as soon as possible.
If you’re unable to get in touch, we’re happy to help at support@savvy.com. While Savvy doesn’t have access to check-in details directly, we’ll do our best to connect you with your host quickly.
Start by trying all available methods - call, text, or email. You can usually find the host’s contact information in your confirmation email or on their booking site, depending on how you made your reservation.
If you’ve tried reaching out and still haven’t gotten a response, contact Savvy Support at support@savvy.com and we’ll do our best to help you get in touch.
If it’s a medical or safety emergency, call 911 immediately.
For property-related issues (like a broken lock or no heat), contact your host directly - they’re the ones best equipped to help on-site. If you can’t reach your host and need help getting in touch, you can email us at support@savvy.com and we’ll reply as soon as possible.
Please note that Savvy is not able to assist with property-specific emergencies or provide real-time support, but we’re here to help connect you with your host if needed.
This will depend on the host’s policies. Some hosts allow early check-in or late check-out for an additional fee - just be sure to ask your host in advance to confirm availability.
Your host will typically provide checkout instructions. Common requests include taking out trash, locking up, and leaving the place tidy. When in doubt, just ask your host!
